About Us

The Human Resources section was created in 2008 to promote scientific research and teaching in Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour and Management Skills. Since 2009, it has organised annual workshops aimed at discussing and analysing issues related to people management in the business field.

Specifically, the section aims to promote:

1. To promote research activity, establish research networks and disseminate high-quality academic work on various topics relating to the role of human resources in organisations.

2. To promote the training and professional development of teachers by designing and disseminating teaching resources and materials.

3. To foster collaboration between researchers, academics and professionals by creating opportunities for the exchange and transfer of knowledge amongst all stakeholders.
