About the Acede Conference
The main goal of the ACEDE Conference is to promote the advancement of knowledge about Economics and Business Management through debate and constructive criticism.
In line with this, all papers submitted to the conference are subjected to a double-blind peer review for potential acceptance. After the paper review phase, authors receive comments and constructive criticism from the reviewers. Additionally, papers accepted as oral presentations are presented and again receive constructive feedback from a discussant, as well as suggestions from other conference attendees.
Objetives
- To create a space open to scientific debate that allows progress in the knowledge and understanding of Economics and Business Management.
- To promote the drawing of conclusions and implications useful for both the academic and business world.
- To foster quality research and continuous improvement through rigor, debate, and constructive criticism.
- To encourage interaction and the establishment of scientific contacts and networks among professors and researchers interested in Economics and Business Management.
- To bring the scientific community closer to society, the business world, and the political institutions in our environment.
ACEDE Conference 2026
The 35th International Conference of the Scientific Association of Economics and Business Management (ACEDE) aims to provide a space for in-depth reflection on the challenges and transformations facing business management in the age of artificial intelligence. Under the slogan ‘Responsible governance and business transformation in the age of artificial intelligence’, the Conference is presented as a forum for scientific exchange and dissemination of research advances made by experts in business management. This meeting integrates all related disciplines, highlighting the key role of responsible governance as a driver of organisational adaptation and innovation in an increasingly complex and digitalised environment.
The XXXV ACEDE International Conference will be held from June 14 to 16, 2026 at the University of Cantabria (Spain), in the city of Santander, under the theme “Responsible Governance and Business Transformation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.” In this new context, companies, organizations, and their members will have to design strategies that enable them to confront technological disruption, actively contribute to sustainability and digitalization, and continue to generate well-being and wealth through responsible business decisions and multidisciplinary innovations.
